Innovation Technology & Display Solutions was founded on the belief and principles that make a positive difference with our customers. The factors that inspired the creation of this unique division of Delta International Industries were-
- Security solutions are often impeded by Social and Political barriers.
- There is no “one size fits all” solution due to the broad spectrum of products in the marketplace.
- High tech solutions, if affordable, become obsolete quickly as technology advances at a lightning pace.
- The most effective deterrent to product security, CCTV, is not being optimally used.
- Security product manufacturers do not have a clear understanding of the vulnerability or “threats” to the products they mean to protect.; thus their solutions are partial at best.
Value-added results are the mindset and foundation of Innovation Technology and what we achieve every day at unsurpassed levels. Our engineering group thinks outside the box but with budgets and simplicity in mind; their “coined word” is retro-tech.
Our company builds its brand over time by exhibiting those attributes and differentiators that make a positive impact in the marketplace. Specifically, the example below will put our mission and passion in the proper perspective.
Company X has a serious security problem and learns about a probable solution; not perfect, but the best out there. They budget for it, order it, wait for delivery, install the system, undergo training and finally get to use it. After all of this, they discover there is something better.
Innovation looks at what exists and retrofits it to make it smarter-retro-tech. This is our differentiator and f it doesn’t exist, we invent it!

Our management team at Delta International Industries collectively possesses over 150 years of engineering expertise and manufacturing know how.. Our strengths lie not only in what we design, engineer and fabricate, but in the knowledge of the venues we serve- Retail, Healthcare, Security, Loss Prevention, Hospitality, Sports, Entertainment, and Technology.
Our engineering group is state of the art-, employing mechanical and electronic engineers that are savvy in RFID, EAS, and wireless communication. Our partners supplement and complement our knowledge in telecom, video and analytics.

The Innovation Technology Story
Delta Lock was founded February 2007 by our CEO and President, David Wachsman. Prior to Delta Lock, David was the CEO and President of Protex International, founded in June 1983 and a manufacturer and supplier of security products to a broad spectrum of industries. In Januray 2019, Delta Lock Co., LLC became Delta International Industries, LLC, and created four unique divisions- Innovation Technology and Display Solutions being one of them.
David was a CPA turned entrepreneur and has served on the Board of Directors of several varied corporations- none more important to David than Maryhaven Center of Hope which services over 2,500 Special Needs Individuals daily.
David has incorporated Charity with Business, giving everyone the opportunity to learn and support both Charity and Community!
This philosophy is the core of the culture of our company and is embraced by every employee.
Organizations closely involved in Loss Prevention and Asset protection include RILA (Retail Industry Leaders Association), NRF (National Retail Federation) and LPRC (Loss Prevention Research Council) to name a few. Their studies involve every aspect of asset loss including employee theft, consumer theft, consumer fraud, and even criminal violence-armed robbery, vandalism and related activities.
Deterring and/or preventing such acts are complex challenges and many companies have offered “solutions” such as video monitoring, video management systems, access control systems, product security such as powered and alarmed displays, alarming tethers, EAS tags and keyed locking displays and much more. Venues are full of them, some better than others, some simple and inexpensive, others highly complex and very expensive. None fool proof.
Innovation was created to build a better “mousetrap.” Affordable, reliable, retrofitable products that offer better protection than what is out there today. Utilizing state-of-the–art technology, fully compatible with existing systems, or solutions that live outside a customer’s network, is what we do. Innovation Technology & Display Solutions design, engineer and develop LP/AP patented solutions available nowhere else.
